Gluten free, zero alcohol, made with all natural and locally sourced ingredients

Atlántico          $60/70/220

Lager Mexicana, 5.2% Alc Vol, 21 IBU, 2.8 SRM

Our version of the perfect beach beer. This lager is nothing like it’s macro-counterparts. Light, crisp and easy drinking with a malty corn-sweetness, a mild bitterness and smooth finish. Pairs perfectly with sunshine, pool days and the beach. Also, not bad fresh off the tap at the brewery.

White Noise       $70/80/250

Hefeweizen, 5.3% Alc. Vol, 16 IBU, 5.5 SRM

Intentionally a soft hum in the background: approachable, not offensive in the slightest, and easily overlooked. A classic German pint that boasts a cloudy appearance and is full of malt wheat flavor, deliciously balanced with subtle fruity yeast notes, very mild bitterness, and the slightest hint of fresh mandarin orange peels. It’s a clean, crisp, classic beer that is as predictable as White Noise.

Noche Sin Estrellas       $70/80/250

Schwarzbier (Black Lager), 5.6% Alc. Vol, 28 IBU, 23 SRM

Rich and smooth with a silky body and light roasty notes of dark chocolate and coffee. Cold fermented for weeks, this classic style gives the yeast time to mingle with the German specialty malts and German hops to develop nuanced and delicate flavors that defy expectations.

Verano Sin Fin     $75/85/260

Saison/Farmhouse Ale, 6.8% Alc. Vol, 25 IBU, 5.5 SRM

A tribute to being eternally on the best side of the equinox, this Saison is dry and bright and super easy to drink, so you can fade one to the next. Packed with a unique yet approachable range of yeast- and phenol-derived flavors, it starts with a hint of bubblegum that quickly gives way to a spicy banana and clove mix and finishes with a stone fruit blend. Deceptively high in alcohol this isn’t your standard table beer. The Saison style is, in our humble opinion, underrated and is one of our favorites. So raise a glass and toast to our Endless Summer.

Viva La Vida       $70/80/250

Watermelon Blonde, 4.8% Alc Vol, 22 IBU, 4.2 SRM

Inspired by Frida Kahlo’s painting by the same name, this blonde ale is the perfect canvas for an infusion of fresh fruit flavor from over 100 kilos of local watermelon. Light bitterness and malt character provide a clean canvas and let the watermelon shine. But don’t worry, it’s still a beer at heart. So grab a pint or two and ¡Viva La Vida! (live the life).

Pivot     $75/85/260

Sour, 5.0% Alc. Vol, 8 IBU, 4 SRM, 3.4 pH

This rotating sour series is always changing, ask your server for the current flavor.

We’re lucky because when we’re having a bad day (or week, or month…), we have sweet, cold beer to help us lick our wounds and Pivot. Which is why we brewed a pint that is crushable yet complex and takes your senses on a roller coaster of their own. This low alcohol sour is bursting with fresh pivoting fruit flavors backed by a tangy, tart sour finish. Lactose adds a subtle creaminess and medium body, resulting in a beer that is sharp, acidic, and super fruity – kind of like Sunny D, but better because alcohol.

Los Arcos       $70/80/250

American Amber Ale, 5.0% Alc. Vol, 35 IBU, 13 SRM

A malt forward American amber ale that starts with bread and cracker flavors that melt into a sweet caramel finish, balanced by a moderate bitter chocolate note. Whirlpool hopped with the classic combination of Cascade and Chinook to give slight grapefruit rind and fresh floral flavors. Sip on this beautiful amber hued pint and join us in appreciating the beauty of our bay.

Kia Ora       $80/90/275

New Zealand Pilsner, 5.5% Alc. Vol, 35 IBU, 3.8 SRM

Crisp, clean and bitter, we took the classic Czech Pilsner and turned it on its southern hemisphere head. Galaxy hops from Australia teamed up with Wai-iti and Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand. These hops are zesty and citrusy with notes of dry white wine and stone fruit and an herbal finish, to remind you that you’re drinking a proper pilsner. Fermented low and slow, cold conditioned for weeks and then naturally carbonated. This beer is New World meets Old World in the best ways possible.

Lupita     $85/95/280

West Coast IPA, 7.2% Alc. Vol, 79 IBU, 4.6 SRM

Lupita is a West Coast style IPA as hop-forward as Lupa, our co-founders jumpy street rescue-pup it was named after. Mosaic, El Dorado and Citra hops shine with juicy flavors of pineapple, cherry and mango supported by a medium bitterness. This refreshing, crisp IPA is perfect to drink in our tropical paradise of Puerto Vallarta.

Yakima State of Mind    $100/110/315

Hazy IPA, 6.8% Alc. Vol, 45 IBUs, 4.6 SRM

You don’t have to go all the way to Yakima to enjoy the best new hops on the market in this IPA made with experimental hop HBC 586 that is so new and cutting edge that it hasn’t even been named yet plus Ekuanot because yum. Expect very mild bitterness and a clean malt flavor, blended with a smooth body that allows you to focus on the hop aroma and flavor of ripe stone fruits and strawberries, followed by a subtle but dank aroma of pine and diesel.

Vaquero Eléctrico    $100/110/315

Double IPA, 8.5% ABV, 50 IBU, 4.3 SRM

Inspired by a local Vallarta cowboy who defends the underdog, this double IPA will give you an electric buzz. Liberally dry hopped and bursting with juicy citrus, tropical, and coconut hop flavors from 7 different hops supported by moderate bitterness. At 8.5% Alc. Vol don’t blame us if you start to feel like a cowboy after crushing a couple of these pints, yee-haw!

Singularity    $110/120/345

Cryo x Phantasm Hazy IPA, 6.8% ABV, 50 IBU, 5.3 SRM

Exploding with fruity notes so fresh, you’ll swear we added juice! First you’re smacked with tropical notes of mango, passion fruit and guava which quickly give way to zesty fresh squeezed grapefruit juice and a subtle Sauvignon Blanc grape flavor. Moderately bitter and with a nice pillowy body, this beer is truly one of a kind, so get it before it runs out.

MacLaren’s    $85/95/280

Wee Heavy Scottish Ale, 7.8% Alc. Vol, 28 IBU, 22 SRM

As tribute to co-founder Miranda’s roots and in her maiden name this Scottish ale is malt forward, mildly bitter, and a rich brown color, this robust ale has a sweet roasted caramel profile and slight chocolate flavor. Wee heavy in ABV, the alcohol taste is smooth and drinkable and great for raising a glass to family.

Chaos Theory    $100/115/315

Imperial Stout, 9.2% Alc Vol, 76 IBU, 52 SRM

This deep, decadent pint is indulgence in a glass. Rich malt notes of bitter dark chocolate, coffee, caramel, a slight roastiness and just a touch of raisin combine with a medium body and moderate bitterness in one hell of an Imperial Stout. It’s easy drinking, but don’t let that fool you; this beer can make chaos reign. Don’t believe us? Test the Chaos Theory with a few glasses and let us know your findings.
